Taranga is a holy place sited in Arawali Valley, the most oldest mountain series of the World. The Taranga is one of the Jain pilgrimage center in Mehsana District. It is one of the few tirths where both of the Shwetambers and Digambers visits. The oldest temple constructed in the 11th Century by the Solanki King “Kumarpal”, under the advise of his teacher Achrya Hemchandra.
